We are a multi-generation cattle farming family. My husband David and I both grew up with cattle, however he was also raised to farm corn, cotton, soybeans, and pigs. When we married he was a rookie firefighter, so he quickly learned he had to make a decision, he had to focus his farming! It was a no brainer, he wanted to focus on cattle! The years went by with us being predominantly Angus, but in 2015 we dove head first into the Brangus business with the purchase of 5 registered bred heifers, from a predominant ranch with ties to Pickens County, Alabama. Two registered bulls and many more registered heifers later, we are looking at doubling our calving within the next two years! We can't say enough about our Brangus! They are still considered ?Certified Angus?, they are heat tolerant, pest tolerant, and obviously put the beef in beefy! Customers tell us the beef flavor is unlike that of grocery store beef.
