Ultimate Beef is a brand of Vista Farms. Vista Farms is a family-owned and operated Angus Seedstock producer in Fayette, AL. With around 500 head of cattle, it is in our hearts to build quality before quantity. We focus on genetics and phenotype to create the Ultimate Angus herd. We are not only focused on making the ultimate herd...but Ultimate Beef. We are a part of the Auburn University Pasture to Rail Program, as well as Alabama Beef Cattle Improvement Association, putting our cattle to the test. Using the data we receive on our cattle, enables us on current and future decisions for the herd. As we learned more about carcass merit of our animals, we felt the desire to share our beef with out community, and bring our farm to your table.
