Sirmon Farms, family run for over 5 generations, began in the early 1900s. It has evolved over the past 100 years into one of the largest Sweet Potato processing facilities in the South. Centrally located in Baldwin County, Alabama, Sirmon Farms operation now includes over 4,500 acres of land devoted to growing and harvesting Sweet Potatoes, Corn, Cotton, Peanuts and their newest endeavor, Hydroponic Lettuce.
