Leland Baggett is a state certified general real property appraiser,a member of the National Association of Realtors, a licensed broker, a SRA member of the Appraisal Institute, and is qualified to do FHA an VA approved loan appraisals. He also holds a bachelors degree from the University of Alabama. He has lived his entire life in Baldwin County seeing it grow from a rural county to a thriving community. He has worked in the Baldwin County real estate market for over forty years. In that time he has done extensive appraisal, brokerage, court, estate, mortgage, and expert witness work.
