Jack P. Fillingham, Chairman, is a professional forester with a B.S. degree in forestry from the University of Georgia and a Master of Forestry degree from Duke University. He is a registered forester in four states and has served as Chairman of the Alabama Board of Registered Foresters. He is a certified general real property appraiser in Alabama and Virginia.
