Cedar Roost Ranch is a cow/calf operation that raises registered Charolais and Angus cattle along with a commercial herd. Owners, Whit and Amanda Lovelady, from Alpine, Alabama started our herd in 2013 and have expanded to purchasing Cedar Roost Ranch (a registered Charolais cattle operation) in 2018 and now raise registered Angus cattle as well. In 2020, Whit and Amanda started a meat business by offering custom halves and whole beef. Now we offer custom pork halves and whole options as well. We have retail options for our meat and sell meat boxes off of the farm to reach more consumers and their needs.
