Boggy Point, a boat launch, provides the visitor with a good view of Robinson Island, which is an important nesting area for waders and terns, plus roosting areas for other seabirds. Most of Robinson Island is off limits to birders, thus this vantage point provides a viewing site for birders with minimal disturbance to the birds. It also gives an alternate view of Perdido Pass.
