In 2011, I became an energy rater for a local construction company. I inspected new and existing homes, created work scopes for contractors, and checked quality of work. Energy audits evolved to include broader issues like moisture control and indoor air quality. All of these things are connected. I started this company in 2018 to meet the unique needs of quality-driven innovators throughout the region. Continuing education and trends analysis are key aspects of my professional approach.
